- Cancellations and returns of our products are rare as we ensure fulfilled expectations. However, in rare cases returns and cancellations are practically possible. So, we have designed some of them keeping in mind the customer’s interest. But unfortunately, while doing this, we have to face logistic challenges and costs as we are dealing with bulky goods. Therefore, sometimes our process of accepting returns and cancellations of orders may be righteous only from the point of view of the company.
- Cancellations can be allowed after orders but only if it has not been processed and delivered. The order can be cancelled by the customer from his account or by dropping a mail at email@example.com. Full refund is guaranteed only if cancellation takes place before it is processed. The amount will be automatically credited through the original source of payment within 7 days, depending upon the mode of transaction.
- If the delivery is not accepted by the customer for any reasons, then the inward and outward transportation charges will be levied on the customer at the time of processing the refund. These charges may vary depending upon the weight of shipment and destined pin code on the billing address.
- The refund will be processed as soon as the shipment travels back to the seller. Once processed it may take around 7 to 10 days to get credited into the customer’s original source of payment.
- Free shipping is a concept only for successfully placed orders and in case of nonacceptance of orders by customers due to any reason/s, will make this rule of free shipping void. If the customer rejects or cancels the order after shipping, then the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- A product purchased through Bluebell is eligible for part replacement or return within the given period of time (within the return period), within 10 days from delivery, only if it fulfils the following prerequisites: –
a. The product ordered was received in a physically damaged condition or was found defective when packed or opened by the shipping partners
b. Any product received in physically damaged condition or damage upon delivery has to be returned within 72 hours of product delivery with valid images and videos of the same as evidence of damage which is required and mandatory for a replacement. Any issues reported after 72 hours will not be accepted and replacement will be rejected or will become unacceptable.
c. Bluebell reserves the rights to resolve any return request for in transit damaged parts, missing items, wrong delivery, by sending a replacement of the affected parts within a stipulated time, free of cost.
- The shipping of the product will be initiated by authorized and trusted shipping partners within 48 working hours. The delivery time and shipping charges will be as specified at the time of placing the Order. However, in some areas it may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. The delivery system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including, packaging and transit time to the delivery address.
- In case you order multiple products in one transaction, we will endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible. In the event our delivery partner makes 2 attempts to deliver the products and you do not take the delivery of the products on either occasion, we shall be free to cancel the order.
- Timely shipping and delivery of products is subject to unforeseen events. We shall not be liable for any delay caused on account of unforeseen events such as acts of God including war, revolt, rebellion, state of emergency, strikes, riots, change in law, natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, cyclones, tempests, exceptionally adverse weather conditions), pandemics majeure, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
- We cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your online order is placed. Orders placed online commence processing immediately in our system to ensure order fulfilment and shipping time. If the delivery address must be changed, your order will have to be cancelled and then re-placed.
- You are responsible for examining your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect pieces, please contact us within 72 hours of your delivery.
- The return shipping for any eligible return (mentioned under returns section) will be borne by Bluebell. However, the return shipping fees has to be borne by customer, for any return requested accepted beyond the eligible returns as mentioned in return policy.
